At The Blackened Teeth, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your gothic home decor; however, if you are not content with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all handmade pieces are returned in their original, pristine condition and secure packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.
Pack with Care
Carefully wrap your items in their original protective packaging, as many of our resin and ceramic pieces are fragile and must arrive undamaged to be eligible for a refund.
Ship the Parcel
Send your package using a tracked shipping service; please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
